Mersin Merport ...... Ltd. Sti, located 600 m next to Mersin International Port and to Mersin Free Zone, has 28.000 m2 storage area in which several services are provided such as container storage both empty and stuffed, container stuffing- unstuffing, container repair-maintenance and container transportation. The clients to whom we are providing services at the container terminal are local and international logistics companies, custom brokers and Container Lines some of whom are Zim Line, Turkon Line, Containerships, APL and NYK Line.
The container handling operations at the terminal that has 6000 TEU storage capacity, are carried out by 2 full reach stackers of 45 tons capacity, 1 reach stacker of 10 tons capacity for empty containers, 1 forklift of 8 tons capacity, 1 forklift of 5 tons capacity and 3 forklifts of 3 tons capacity whereas transportation services are carried out by 110 tucks and trailers.
